Alright this happened a few months ago but I'm just now writing a review on it because the ridiculousness of the whole thing finally materialized. I went here because the reviews were so high and I dropped my bike off (nothing special an old Sears catalogue bike from the 70s) because the tires weren't Inflating. I dropped it off with them they told me they'd call me in a few days. A few days pass and I get the call that they couldn't fix my bike. I thought that was weird but I go to pick it up anyways. I walk in and grab my unrepaired bike and I inquire as to why they couldn't fix it. They gave me a shrug and told me "they didn't carry tires." Well I go over to a different bike shop and my bike is literally fixed within 15 minutes because all it needed was new tires. I tell that shop employee about my experience here and he says "they do sell tires I don't know why they lied to you." Now with this schrodinger's tire scenario I can't tell you if this store has tires or not. What I can tell you though is that this store is for a very specific market of bike enthusiasts. If you are anywhere outside of this in group, a non enthusiast or if you're like me just a guy with a bike you will be laughed out of the store. I'm glad others have had positive experiences but for me personally I'd rather go to a different place that doesn't focus so much on elitism and judgement.

Friendly staff everyone was very helpful! They carry all types of bikes but I was interested in an Ebike. Test rode it, purchased it and brought it back after around a 100 miles for some tuning. Mike was super helpful and took care of the issues. Very positive experience in purchasing and service.

These guys are great. Bought an ebike here today and ended up having an issue with it, they exchanged it no problem. Super pro. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend buying from these guys. Shop local. ☑️

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that caters to all skill levels. Excellent selection of bikes, e-bikes, accessories and fair prices on all service. Can’t recommend them enough for the most skilled rider or first time e-biker.

Better than the best customer service! I demoed a beautiful aluminum bike with them and appreciated the fair prices. Also brought in my boyfriend’s bike later that day after a part broke on it and they worked so hard and quick to be able to get it fixed the same day so he could be back riding that evening.

These guys are awesome. Busted my derailleur and required a new one the day before my Bday, which i planned to go for a big ride. These guys fixed it day of and saved my bday ride! For a reasonable price and with a lot of friendly service. Thanks proVelo!
