Super friendly, offer full tuneups, can work on e-bikes, new or used! Matt, Brian, and Jackson are so helpful and awesome! They stayed late just to help us.

My back tire popped and they immediately gave me a new tire and tube. They even put oil on my chain without me asking. Overall was a great experience and Matt was a huge help

Tried to window shop for a new bike. The "salesman" outside only had interest in selling me a scooter, after explicitly saying I'm looking for a trail or hybrid bike. He was incessant about selling it, instead of actually caring about what I was looking for. Will not return if customer care is that low.

Austin was really nice and helpful, and the service was reasonably priced and super quick! He helped tune up my old bike, it rides great now.

I'm uncertain who the tech was that performed work for me (tall guy with glasses), but he got my neglected road bike back up to outstanding order. I didn't even realize how unaligned my wheels and derailleurs were, or that my chain was so bad. I hadn't done maintenance in a long time, and after getting my bike back, it was heavily noticeable that it needed serious work. Went faster, glided perfectly, was silent (old chain and cassette were squeaky). I even brought the thing in terribly dirty and they washed it for me. Great service, thanks!!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in town getting a fix! Matt and Tristan were both on it and hooked up my bike without trying to oversell me anything. Definitely recommend checking them out when you need a quick repair.

Recycled Cycles is a great company and Matt who I always see working here at the campus location is excellent. He does great work and his enthusiasm for cool bikes is palpable! I like the S. Mason location a lot too but I’ll be sure to always bring my bike here for tune ups and other maintenance I can’t do myself as long as I’m in Fort Collins.
