I have no idea how to leave this feedback directly to REI, but my husband and I came to this location last night and a woman named Simone was SO SO helpful and patient with me as we tried to find shoes that would fit. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit me and I have some invisible disabilities which make this process even more difficult. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated Simone and all that she did for me - she REALLY went above and beyond and it really made my day of traveling and stress so much better.

I love coming to REI! You always find something you want and maybe even a few things you need. I have had my skis waxed here, but ski equipment such as helmet, ski pants, poles, shirts, clearance items, and of course Yeti products. One of the great things about the REI coupons that they send out every now and then for 20% off is that you can use it on yeti products. I couldn't believe they weren't excluded. I ended up buying a large yeti cooler with a 20% discount so that I felt much better about buying it. Yeti coolers are worth the money! Great store to get your ski , bike, camping, hiking, running, etc. equipment. REI is definitely worth the membership. Have fun getting outside!

REI used to be a good, almost grass-roots outdoor shop but now they've become a high-end botique type store. ($60 for a beanie, really?) Like many other REI's I've visited, the FoCo store has too many know-it-all gear heads working there. And why do they have 8 handicapped and 4 pick-up parking spaces in a parking lot that small?

A great experience shopping for women’s hiking pants—I went in with specific needs and Pari listened to me and used her vast product knowledge as well as her personal experience to guide me toward several products. I purchased one pair that was available in the store and will order another pair through REI online. It’s hard to get professional service like this in outdoor stores. Thank you Pari for your knowledge and professionalism. She was very patient and kind addressing my questions and concerns.

I found Tom in backpacking section to be extremely helpful and friendly in picking out products I needed. He didn't mind me picking his brain and dominating his attention.. lol. I did find Merrill hiking boots also that I like from nice gentleman in that department.

Went looking for gels for a trail race. They have a ton of options. The employees were friendly but didn’t seem to know a ton about the gels, just which ones they liked. I’d definitely stop here again for running supplies!
