Staples

I sold a package on ebay and brought it here to ship. I emailed them the shipping label and their employee printed out the wrong label and shipped my package to the wrong place. Staples claims won't help, staples customer service won't help, UPS won't help. Staples admits that this is their mistake, but they have been avoiding making it right. My package was worth $250 and the buyer did not get it. I did not get paid for it, the funds are being held by ebay because my buyer didn't get their item. After finally meeting the general manager, who was disrespectful and condescending, I was told he'd need to put me in contact with his district manager and loss prevention manager, which I think was a lie because they never called me. I'm now filing against them in small claims court. Don't spend money here. They are incompetent and disrespectful. Dealing with staples is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business in my entire life. I went back to the location trying to find company information so I'd know where to send the court summons to. They were obviously unhelpful, but I thought it was especially interesting that they don't even display a license to collect sales tax. That's a huge no-no, but the store is run by an overpaid toddler so it makes sense.

This is your typical Staples, and that is a good thing and that you expect Staples to have, they have it. The store was very well maintained and clean. All the products were easy to see in the store was very well lit. They also had some good clearance items and sales as well.

My main reason is "The Incredible Miriam"! She took a rather daunting project, a 4-color, 27-page, spiral-bound photo book, and made it a breeze for me! My family and friends couldn’t stop raving about it, so I told them all about my experience with Miriam at Staples! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, engaged, and invested in my desired results. Thank you for hiring her. What’s next for her? Definitely a raise and a promotion to teach others how to flourish in Customer Service.

Brought an Amazon return to the store and dropped it off. Had to come back to the store the next day to get Staples to process it. Can't reach a person on the phone, and there is no hold, so they will hang up if no one answers!

If you need a Passport Photo, this is the place to do it! Great backlit background and a professional camera. Bro made me look like a model! I LOVE MY PHOTO! Stay away from Walgreens or The UPS Store. My last two photos from them were yellow and blurry. Come to Staples to get the best passport photos in Fort Collins.

Dante’ in the printing area is so helpful!! This old woman had no idea how to print a collage I was working on and Dante gave me simple instructions and was very kind and patient. Thank you!!

Staples if always the BEST! AND they recycle CD’s (10 per week) and printer ink cartridges!
