Terra Vida Apartments

Ultimately had a great time living at Terra Vida! Really enjoyed having the 24/7 gym and pool/hot tub access. Each employee we worked with was great, too. A few things that I find important to note would be: - They plan events in the club house, which is great, but they always end before or at 5:00 on weekdays. This makes it very difficult for those who work full time and don't get home until after 5:00, so we were never able to attend any. The hours of the clubhouse aren't ideal either. Makes using it during the week difficult. - Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Our garage was pretty far away from our apartment, so using it didn't make a lot of sense. If you were coming home after 5:00 you could expect to have to park FAR. People also tend to park and leave their cars in the spots for months on end. They say they don't allow this, but I have seen cars that have been there since the day we moved in and have still never moved. - When we first toured, we noticed a big bird poop issue. They told us they take care of it often, but it wasn't taken care of until a month before we were moving out. Was pretty gross to have a huge pile of bird poop right outside your door and on the hand rails of the stairs. Overall I recommend Terra Vida as an apartment complex, it had great proximity to restaurants, stores, and parks and we're grateful to have lived there!

When there's a maintenance issue, the office responds immediately to get it taken care of. They work around my schedule to get things fixed, and the maintenance guys, Josh and Cleon, are respectful, kind, and great at what they do. Unfortunately, there are a lot of maintenance issues. Overall it is a nice place to live. It feels safe and it is very quiet most of the time.

Personally recommend the Terra Vida apartment to anyone who prioritizes quietness, clean surroundings, nice neighbors, and great staff. I lived there for one year before relocating to a different state. I had to cancel my gym membership because the amazing apartment has a well-maintained gym, a swimming pool, and a hot tub open all year round. Fast response time when a work order is placed for repairs.

The concerns I had moving into an apartment were other renters, property management and location. Property management here is excellent and living here has been worry free. Great club house, planned activities and close to everything. I looked at several properties and am glad I chose Terra Vida.

This is the most comfortable community I ever lived in. It has 24/7 Gym, swimming pools, hot tub, fire pit and grill. The club house has snacks, beverages and even beers to serve. When we encounter maintenance issue, they usually responded and solved quickly.

I'm really loving living here! The area and the apartments are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I love the floorplan i moved into and the garages are a huge plus. Shout out to maintenance and Reid for being so accomodating and helpful! Thank you! Hoping to live here a long long time 🙂

Moving into our new apartment has been an amazing experience! Joanne was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff and neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming, which made settling in even better. We had one minor maintenance issue on move-in day, and it was resolved within an hour—such great service! We are so happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community to live in.
