I've gone to Eddie "The Computer Guy" for the last 15 years with all of my personal computer issues. I received great service. The price was just right. The solution(s) were always reasonable and honest. My time was never wasted. Eddie's candid & straight-forward manner regarding an old or new computer scenarios/issues/questions are well received and greatly appreciated.

I needed someone to transfer files from my old computer, which had given me the "blue screen of death, to my new computer. In addition, I wanted my new computer to be set up for use. I am absolutely satisfied with my experience. He gave me an ETA and easily met, and even exceeded, that timeframe. I've also been using my computer and all my files are there and easily accessible. I highly recommend The Computer Guy's services for any personal computer needs you need. I will be using him again for some of my other computer projects.

We were suspecting something was wrong with our computer, so installed an anti-virus protection program, which only made things worse! We found The Computer Guy online and reached out by phone. (Online "chats" are NOT helpful to us.) Eddie was SO helpful and easy to talk to, and we quickly came up with a plan. To be able to just drop off the computer, have it analyzed and receive an easy -to-understand explanation of our problems, and then have the repairs done by the next day was FANTASTIC! His fees are very reasonable and we will continue to use his services in the future. HIGHLY recommend!!

I was very impressed with the service. I dropped my computer off on a Saturday afternoon. Eddie started working on it shortly after and quickly figured out the problem. He also suggested replacing the hard drive for better performance. He was right. I picked it up the next day and the problem was fixed and it runs faster than ever. I got a totally new computer and program. Windows 7 to 11. Eddie stuck with me to walk me through the changes. He's very patient and explains well. I'm 75 and change is, well, difficult. Eddie worked well with my limits!

Reliable, Trustworthy, Responsive & Effective. Eddie is the real deal. I have a time critical deadline & complex business matter. My less than new laptop power port shorted & failed. Eddie managed my replacement machine, recovered all of my data from the old hard drive, migrated & restored all of my documents and records to the replacement laptop in record time. He also provided the support remotely the next day. I could not be more satisfied. I'll meet my deadline with time to spare.
