Rick went above and beyond. I was in Oregon having an issue with my bike. I was heading that way so I called him on Friday as he was a dealer for the parts I needed. He had the parts I needed on Monday and found a way to fit me in for a quick setup of the parts. I have to agree with others here. He took his time and didn’t skip steps and months later, things are still great. His service is good. He has a lot of nice bikes and accessories there too. If you’re in the area, I’d check the place out for your bike needs. He had all the specs (torque), on hand for my unique mtb setup as well.

Fast, top notch work from an exceptionally skilled bike mechanic. His attention to detail is second to none and his prices are very reasonable. He recently diagnosed an issue with my rear derailleur and quickly fixed it with a cable change and recalibrated the unit. Look no further than this neighborhood shop for all of your bicycle needs.

Called a few days ahead to see if they could help with a creaking crank while doing an Across America bike trip. The shop is right off the ACA Eastern Connector route. He told me he had the parts and that he would be able to do it in a day. 3 days later when we got to Ft. Collins, Rick fulfilled the promise! He has a one man shop and he knows what he is doing. He had it repaired in an hour. He went as far as borrowing parts from another bike to get me on my way. He also made a couple of quick repairs to my partners bike. Great, knowledgeable and speedy service, I really appreciated it!

I scoured Fort Collins for Phil Tenacious Oil and this is the only shop that had it. The guy working there (I assume the owner) was really helpful and provided me with some really good advise on how to fix my freehub.
