We have been working with Luke Engelhaupt on the purchase of our Hiker Trailer at Van Cafe. We have been looking at Hiker Trailers for years and are so excited to finally own one. Luke has been professional, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and GREAT at communicating. I have emailed him no less than 25 times, as well as texted him multiple times. He always gets back to me in a timely manner. Thank you, Luke, and everyone at Van Cafe, for being so helpful and friendly as we figured out the right model for us. We are grateful for the many questions of ours that you answered and for holding our trailer until we could pick it up. We would definitely recommend Van Cafe and they are very knowledgeable about Hiker Trailers.

I paid $144. for a complete gasket set for my 2.1 vanagon ,the package came opened. Was Missing the oil pressure relief valve crush washer, the front crankshaft pulley O-ring ,and a water pump O-ring. I will never do biz with these people again. I spent over an hour trying to get help, finally a guy in Califorinia that works for them sent me the crank pully o-ring. I have used V.R. Gasket sets from Germany before ,and the above parts come in a complete gasket set. The E-Mail from these people was ,"looked at your invoice and we sent you what you ordered" Do your self a favor and use Buss Depo or Go Westy .

Van Cafe has amazing staff. I called with a problem with my propex heater and was provided with great information on the phone. Realizing I was going to be in there area they recommended that I stop by, with no appointment, and then would test the heater for me. After talking with them they recommended an upgrade to my current heater so I can use it with more confidence at higher altitude. Perfect! Jacob was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks Van Cafe!

RMW is a reliable go-to place for VW bus/vans in Colorado and surrounding areas. It has been in the business for decades and their mechanics are top notch. I have purchased many upgrades for my '89 Westy there, including a rebuilt transmission install. Van owners are lucky to have them in the region. Mike cares about his customers and sometimes hosts customer gatherings.

Nice online webshop. Great way to add roof rack to our custom build. One of the few that doesn't interfere with our solar panels. The ladder provides easy access to our roof

My review was removed by the Van Cafe team for the Whale Heater. In fact DO NOT buy anything from this company, they have been rude and flat out don't listen to me when I speak and tell me I'm doing it wrong constantly even though they themselves are figuring it out as they go. DO NOT purchase this unit if you plan on mounting in the interior of your camper - I have had nothing but trouble with the heater - doesn't work and the customer service team at Van Cafe just keeps telling me to do different things. The latest, cut a hole in the floor of my camper, and a hole in the floor of my truck bed so that a tiny piece of plastic can breathe better. When I said there isn't a world where there solution is weather tight, they said just use more silicone. DO NOT purchase this item, they are just figuring out how it works as they go and are not qualified to sell it. **responding to the feedback from the company. Yes they are "trying" to help me, but it feels like they are trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. I actually got it to work for one session with the heater installed agreeably upside down. The images they refer to a hardly more then a pencil drawing, Van Cafe acknowledges that the directions from the manufacturer are terrible. They still aren't listening to me when the manual has very specific errors for each thing, it has never given me the errors that it should to define either lack of air, lack of fuel or a blockage. It just doesn't run or turn on. So they are "trying" to fix something that doesn't seem to be fixable. So they'd rather run me around in and out of town to look for hoses, adapters, cut additional holes in my camper, sell me new parts - all in lieu of just admitting that the product may be defective and sending me a replacement or my refund so that I can just move on and get something that works. So "thank you" for your help, but its been very unhelpful.
