I had my move on November 4th, and I want to sincerely thank the amazing team that helped me: Jesus, Laurence, Tomy, and Cameron. They were on time, polite, careful, and very professional throughout the entire process. They handled all the furniture and boxes with great care, making sure everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where I wanted. They made the moving experience so much easier and faster than I expected. I highly recommend this company and especially this great team!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They forced me to use a third-party company to pick up my things. The third-party company documented all the damages before touching any of the property and now they will not reimburse me for the damages made because of the third-party company they forced me to use saying Who broke everything. Only use this company if you want your stuff broken and if you want to be overcharged with horrible customer service. When they came for my things, the movers didn't have the tools to take all my furniture, but I was already in distress, so I left the other furniture behind and still paid for a 2-bedroom storage unit, which is almost $300 a month for a half-full unit. I set up my storage unit in February and let them know from the beginning that I would be moving to Colorado. I was told it wouldn't be a problem to have my things sent there. Now that I need my things, they are saying I need to use a third-party company, and it's about $3,000. I feel manipulated and taken advantage of. I am now thousands of dollars in the hole. I could have moved everything here in February and gotten a much cheaper storage unit for much less. When I asked if I could fly down and at least take my family heirlooms because I can't afford to move all my furniture to Colorado for $3,000, they said yes. Then they called back and they said No, I can't do that after I had already booked my flight to Florida, which I then had to cancel with a credit and no refund, costing me even more money. They are now holding my belongings hostage unless I use their third-party company to move my things. I know this is illegal, but unfortunately, I can't afford a lawyer. Save yourself a headache and some money, and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The professiolism of Mr Ferguson, the Flex Storage delivery driver, was impressive. The attention to detail, patience and kindness with this stroke survivor with short term memory issues, has been greatly appreciated. And consistent with the interactions I hava had with every Flex Storage employee.

Communication was great with this company, they dropped off the item storage unit literally the next day. Super efficient showed me how to use the locks and how to use the unit. I will definitely be using them again. Customer Service was just absolutely impeccable. Joshua the driver was so great. Great driver parked it really well along the driveway and just super nice guy. You could tell he loves his job. Thank you guys so much.

If i could give this company 0 stars I would. I had the most frustrating experience of my life with this company. First of all, no one at the company told me it would take 72 hours to obtain proof of insurance to submit to my new apartment. As a result, i couldn’t move into my apartment on time. I incurred thousands of dollars in fees to store my stuff for the delay and to stay in a hotel. Then i took all steps to get the insurance, and they still never sent it after multiple days. the only reason i could even move in was because my apartment made an exception. when i was able to move in, they broke my TV bc they loaded the stuff in the truck in an extremely negligent manner, which the mover admitted to. I submitted a claim for a reimbursement and they only gave me $33 for a $500 dollar TV. Finally, they charged us an additional 700 dollars than what they quoted us for bc the movers took so long to move. I incurred thousands of dollars in additional expenses due to the negligence of this company. If you are considering using this company, I highly highly encourage you not to.

I called for a moving quote 5 minutes ago. After receiving my quote, I politely told the representative that I would like to gather additional quotes from other companies before making a reservation with them. He said ok, and hung up on me. Needless to say, I won't be using them for my move. Very unprofessional.

Marcio and John are INCREDIBLE!! They need a RAISE ASAP!! They BOTH went above and beyond to make sure all of my furniture was safely packed and transfered to my apartment efficiently! They have great personalities and they are just.. AWESOME! I HIGHLY recommend this company
