I arrived 30 minutes before their closing time and they were closed.
They didn't have the person I wanted.. they discontinued carrying engine parts..
Please be very careful. When buying a battery from this location, especially with the old guy that goes and checks your battery. Because they will try to do trikes scams to avoid the life of the warranty on your battery so that you don't get the chance to get a battery Replace under warranty. This is terrible customer service and I will rather Go somewhere else and buy from now on.I will never buy napa auto parts again. Especially from this location. I both an battery from a different napa store and in the beginning of the year and came to this napa location to get my battery tested and replaced due to my warranty being in time. But the front desk gentleman after checking it told me that it was good and it didn't matter me explaining and insisting to check more into the issue I was having with my battery , he told me that I couldn't get a replacement. Just today I came back and he told me that my battery was good , but after I told him that I went to autozone yesterday and they tested my battery and told me that it's was definitely bad now . He decided to check one more time and came with the conclusion that it was a bad battery. He told me that he will check if they had this type of battery in stock , but after checking there systems he told me they didn't have it in stock and that also I no longer had the warranty. This guy is terrible. Now I will be short cash because of there scam they are giving us the customers. Please be aware and hope this will prevent another person to go thru this.
Not customer friendly at all Called for a part which they had for a change We call at 1:12 left us waiting for 8 min to tell us they had it . We informed him we were coming and he said we close in 10 minutes which I was able to make. Got there at 1:27 with the door locked ! Would of been out by 1:31 seriously Don't think I will be back no respect for customers at all!!! And their site says 1:45 confirm by buisness 5 week ago but door says 1:30 but should say sometime before 1:30 when we're tired and want to go home
They had the product that I needed. I paid for it and it was delivered the next day. Customer service is desired here. Kinda felt like I was a bother. When I went in the next day to get the part I stood there and no one acknowledged me. I assumed an employee was helping a customer that was two feet from me. I stood there for a good two minutes feeling a little silly because no one said anything. A guy walked in and I thought he was a customer. Then he goes behind the counter after a second and asked if he could help me. He gave me the part and I said thank you. Moral. Greet the customer.
I purchased a relay for $20 (already expensive) took it home and realized it was a 4 pin and didn’t fit. I took it back the next morning, in the box, with receipt never touched! We Don’t Return Electrical Items... screw you guys, it’s brand new, clearly never used and now a total waste. Perhaps if you tell a customer you don’t take returns instead of hiding it in small print on a receipt from an old printer AFTER the purchase I could have made an informed decision. "Not being able to test" is not an excuse, if the item was faulty you wouldn’t take it back either... My advice is to steer clear and buy at 1/4 the cost on amazon where you can return and steer clear of this dinosaur of a store.
They don't carry a lot of parts that you need you should be able to get auto parts of all kinds if you go to this auto part store there are alot of places in fort Lauderdale that are not serving there customers with service that they need bad for the company and the customers
