Very nice public storage facility. The units and grounds are clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Only downside is the access hours. The website is advertising the wrong hours and needs to be changed, it is 6am-6pm not 6am-9pm. So it was impossible to go after work during the week. Only the weekends worked for us.

She seems like a standout employee. Warm, knowledgeable, goes beyond just "checkout the unit" to make sure the customer understands everything. Her professionalism comes up repeatedly, which suggests it’s not just one person’s impression. Thank you so much Janel

This Public storage facility is top notch. I only needed to utilize them for a couple months but they have my business when the time comes again. Got a great rate and amazing customer service from sign up to check out. Always safe, well lit, and the gate opening from the app is super convenient and works well. Highly recommend!
