I'm here to say that I'm using the storage, and I'd like to say that I haven't had any problems, because the current management has been very good. They call us, let us know of any eventuality, and are attentive. Especially the manager, Rose. She's a lovely person, treats everyone well and with respect. She's a great professional and also competent. This is my review
The representative was pleasant and efficient. Signing for a storage unit was easy. The rep searched for the best unit location for me. She described everything in easily understood terms.
Cube Smart is in a great location close to home. Rose, the staff member who helped me, was smart and friendly. Very efficient. She helped me determine which size unit I needed and made the application process easy-peasy. It was very economical and I am relieved to have all of my stuff safely stored while we renovate our home. I am very happy with my decision to use Cube Smart for my storage needs. Great price! This storage facility is very good and I enjoyed using this place for a few years without any issues coming up. They are in contact with you should you need any assistance. I would highly recommend this place and especially the girl at the counter, she is very welcoming and made sure for a seamless process throughout. Thank you.

It’s just a storage building but it’s the customer service that was awesome went above and beyond. Went over everything without trying to upsell or hold me for a long period of time. She was very efficient
