Dan at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. I stopped at this branch early morning to get some parts for an industrial job we were installing in the area. This branch did not have the parts, but could have them the next day. Rather than wait, I told Dan I would try to source elsewhere. Dan said he would keep the search history active should I return. Several hours later I returned not having found what I needed and he still had a record of the parts in his computer. I ordered the parts for pickup the following day. Thanks Dan!

Great experience looking for pallet strapping supplies. Shelley took care of us very well, even gave us instructions on how to use certain tools. Recommend going to this store if you are looking for terrific customer service from people who care.

Shelly and Amanda were outstanding to work with for a person like myself who has limited knowledge about electrical components. They were very helpful and polite, never making me feel out of place. Customer service is on the way out the door in many businesses, but not at Grainger. They will be my "go-to" place for anything they carry. You can tell that Dan, the manager, sets a good example for his employees to follow. Thank all of you for your help and expertise.

Company sells good products; the downside is that their customer service options are limited and flawed. They respond timely through email and chat but there is no way to contact them over the phone. The customer service number listed is a sales line only. I called this number and was redirected to verify my eligibility for a free medical alert system. When I rejected the offer, I was redirected to save money on my health insurance. Unacceptable.

I arrived 10 min after close. As I was sad and turning around in the lot an associate came out and invited me in! I was so happy since I drove a long distance. I went in and all 3 employees were so helpful, even though they were closed! Most employees would lock the door the minute the store closes. These folks Dan, Hanna, and Johnathan were cheerful even after close. So awesome I asked for their names. Thank you for helping me!
