I have stored my 28’ Grady White at the Hinckley Yacht Services Cat 5 indoor storage facility for the past two summers/hurricane seasons, and have been pleased with the service and the condition of my boat when retrieving it in the Fall. My starboard outboard had gouges and scratches incurred on a lift during Ian, and I had Hinckley do the repairs, as well as complete the annual service prior to the end of the storage period. Hunter Beck the Service Manager was great to work with and had the work performed on time. The repairs to the outboard made it look like new. Everyone I have dealt with at Hinckley Yacht services are customer focused (including the office manager Hope.). I highly recommend this business for any boat storage, marina, and service needs.
Chris, the lead tech Forman, can’t brag on him enough. This guy is 10 out of 10! He’s punctual, responsive, polite and knows what he’s doing and is great at it. All my experiences with him have been great. I highly recommend!.
Narrow channel into marina is node enough for two 14'+ beam yachts. Ensure you call out to marina before entering the channel, or if after hours (4:50p). The Boathouse restaurant is nice and an easy walk over. There is also a golf cart shuttle that will take you over and back for tips. Make sure to use the restaurant's call ahead seating as this place is quite popular. The marina docks are fixed and well maintained. Entry and dockside depths seen were 4' under the hull.
Marina storage saves us so much time and effort. Boat ramps and having family was difficult. Now it’s as easy as calling ahead and having Hinckley team take care of us and boat. Highly recommend their services! Staff is super helpful and friendly!
Staff here is absolutely amazing!!! Will and does take great care of our boat and others boats!! Very easy to get your boat in and out!! Would highly recommend based off the guys launching and storing the boats!! Hard working and very nice guys!!
Beautiful clean marina with a friendly and efficient staff. Went out on the water with some friends. Her boat was brought out of dry storage and splashed on the water fueled ⛽️up and ready for us to cruise the gulf.
My father keeps his boat here. They have great fast service, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved to see how they store the boats and get them in the water. Really loved how quick they can get your boat in the water. 🙂
