Dan not only answered my calls promptly, but he also went the extra mile by speaking directly with our electrician and installer to make sure everything went smoothly—even sending extra hardware when needed. The process from order to delivery was just as seamless. The delivery arrived on time, and the driver was respectful of our property and very helpful. Post-sale, the service didn’t drop off—everyone from the receptionist to Dan continued to provide excellent support. I can’t recommend IMM enough. The product is outstanding—built with quality materials and craftsmanship—and their customer service is just as impressive.
