Wasn’t able to return my online purchase in store because I have to ship it though, but still great service when it came to how they handled it. Want to say that the day of our last hurricane my boss needed a part for his generator and asked me to go to Napa knowing no one would be there I went anyway I got to the door it was locked turned around to leave and a voice said hey come back and it was the store manager Idael Bolano he got the part I needed for my bosses generator with a smile on his face Thank You Idael for your kindness

Sold me the wrong battery and when went to return the i guess decided to close early.

Just want to thank Idael the store manager for helping us during the store for helping us last minute with getting a battery for our truck . Nothing was open but we were so lucky shout out to Napa but especially idael we couldn’t thank you enough
