I took my RV in for an insurance claim and they were very helpful and efficient getting me thru the process. Even though they were dealing with a situation that was completely out of their control, they still found time to answer all my questions and calls promptly and professionally. I cannot say enough about Racheal, Oliver, and everyone else I dealt with at their shop. Thank you again for all of your support and kindness, I really appreciate it! I would highly recommend them if you ever need anything for your RV.

Been here twice now. Both times they take care of us promptly and are very nice. They understand it’s a working van that needs to be fixed quickly. As it has a job to do and can not be out of service unnecessarily too long. Prices are fair. Thank you on behalf of us at Aussie Pet Mobile!

RV Doctor pulled off a feat that no others in the industry could do. They meticulously and flawlessly delivered our 42’(45’ including our hitch) Destination Trailer. What was amazing was the very difficult and challenging process of placing our mammoth trailer hitch side within 3’ of the seawall on a ramped up lot. Great job done by a team that worked well together!

Just got our RV back today. Turn it in May 18 to repair the door. No communication or only when I'd call back. Never expect them to call you for an update. Went to talk to them. Found a small tree growing in front of the Rv. They said, the county won't let them mow. We need to find another company to fix the door again. Over 2000.00 bucks wasted. Only if they come to the house. We used RV DOCTOR before,that's why we went back. Very disappointed.

Buyer beware After waiting for months for a part that never came in, I was charged not only for the part but for the labor.I was told they deal with a 3rd party so it takes time to write a check. 6mo latter the same BS & no check. I should have paid with a credit card but unfortunately I gave them a check. I ask to speak with the owner & same BS. He’s busy.They are real smooth talkers but great liers. Don’t give them your business. They took my $172 Wink news and better business were notified. I would score them a 0 Take your business elsewhere They have a good scam going on

I had a very disappointing experience with RV Doctor in Fort Myers, FL. Throughout the service process, I found them to be dishonest and far too quick to take payment without delivering on promises. In my opinion, this business is not trustworthy. Fortunately, I was able to recover my money through a dispute, but I would strongly caution others to avoid doing business with them. Based on my experience, this is not a company I can recommend.

Just had the RV Doctor crew do warranty work on our Entegra motorhome. Was very pleased with the job they did and how they kept me informed on the status of the repairs. Nice people!
