Love Ace Hardware! they are always very helpful with every project I ever try to do. Theirs staff is very knowledgeable! The store size is great, and they usually carry the things that the other big box stores don't. Love it!

Some of the best customer service I've experienced from the Ace Hardware on 41 in Fort Myers. I went in to get a fishing pole rethreaded and because of Brian left with a ton of information, lures, teaching strategies, and confidence. Brian the head of fishing department and Randie the cashier were amazing and have made me a customer for life!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in with smiling faces. Amanda helped us pick out the PERFECT grill just in time for Father’s Day & Joe our delivery person was able to deliver same day He’s delivered on two occasions for us now and was wonderful! On time, friendly and showed me how to get up and running. Can’t wait to grill the first of many meals on our beautiful new Weber grill. Thanks to the San Carlos Team!! ☀️☀️

Home Depot needs to learn from the employees at this store. From the moment I walk inside everyone is really polite and tried to help me find what I need. I had at least 2 employees ask me if I needed any help. Great customer service.

Rode my electric bike to Sunshine as I have done many times before. I Parked bike just inside door. Due to High Crime.When I was approached by George Holmes he demanding I move bike or he would. He gave me a hard time finely giving up.I was and am Very Upset .They lost me as a customer FOREVER … I laid my purchase down and walked out ..
