I usually like Tractor Supply, but the garden area at the North Fort Myers location is a mess. Right at the entrance there’s a display of rosebushes—and every single one is dead. It really sets the tone. Most of the plants in the garden section look wilted, dry, and neglected, with dead leaves and branches everywhere. We told the shift lead about the rosebushes and she did not seem concerned at all. She said she was going to let someone know. I cannot imagine being the manager of the store leaving this messy display out front for everyone to see. Clearly the plants are not getting the care they need. Now, let’s talk about the power tool area. How can you sell power tools if you don’t have them on display for people to look at? Almost every single display was missing multiple tools. If you’re coming here for anything garden-related, don’t bother. The inside of the store is clean, but the garden area is honestly embarrassing. I expected better.

I keep giving this store chances, but today is the last time. Bayshore Rd TS needs help. Incompetent employees. A simple checkout was all I needed. Couldn’t accomplish it. Maybe 5 employees hanging out behind the registers was too much. I politely set my stuff down and walked out. To be yelled at " did you want to check out". Not anymore. The store is never stocked, always dirty and cluttered. I will order my things online, and not from TS.

I traveled 30 miles to come to this tractor supply, never again. I was looking for plants the garden center is shameful. Half the plants are either have brown leaves and falling off or leafs are wither up. I talked with the manager (waste of time) I asked if she was aware of the conditions of her garden center. She said yes, I said half your plants a dieing or dead. She said no they get water everyday and walked away from me. Tractor supply you have to do better because I will not be back, I'll travel closer to me and go to Rural King

I have been to this location a few times and the service was okay. Today I went to pick up an online order before it was pulled, and I received more attitude than service. I offered to pull the items myself, and this was okay to me as the paying customer but I was chastised by the employee who told me I needed to wait to pick up until I got the email confirming the order was ready. The items were available in store, and I was happy to pull them myself. Really not sure why I received attitude for a prepaid transaction. Disappointed with the experience. I will avoid this location for future purchases.

Great store for you indoor/outdoor needs, they have clinics for animals, food and feed and even sells baby chick's good service and clean store

I like going to Tractor Supply because it's a smaller store and I like the selection of merchandise they offer. However, the customer service from the employees is the worst! I needed help finding three different items. The first employee seemed annoyed that I asked for help but she took me to the closest item and the told me the rest is outside and that I could find it myself. I did find what I needed and confirmed the price, but no one was available to assist me with getting the items from the yard to my truck, so I took them to the cashier. At checkout, the cashier was uncertain of what item to ring up and I told her what it was and how much it was. Another employee named Brad insisted it was a different and more expensive item. When I told him it wasn't he told me to go to the yard. Outside I showed him the bin and the price of the item. Brad walked away from me and inside said to the cashier "just give it to him" and then stormed off. I paid for the items, and still not one person offered to assist me with getting my things to my truck. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service from the employees but even more so, their horrible attitude and behavior toward customers. In the parking lot another customer said to me that it's always like that, you just get used to it. Seriously? Not so sure I'll be going back anytime soon.
