Up front, knowledgable, honest, prompt, and accomodating all describe my experience with Twin Screws. I was so impressed with them that I came back this year to have my fishing boat repowered by them. Competitive pricing and qualtity workmanship sum up the best reasons for using Twin Screws Marine. They made smart recommendations on my project, didn't try to upcharge me for things I didn't need, and delivered my boat on time. I can’t say enough about this operation! I spoke with Christina and Bill on the phone and they were so helpful and accommodating even though they had full load of work they recognized the jam we were in with a bad impeller. We brought the boat over on a trailer and Mike Barry and Joe all delayed their lunch so they could get the impeller in and we could get on our way. These guys really went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend their service to anyone! They also have a very knowledgeable mechanic named Jimmy, whom they call the bearded wonder and he gave us a wealth of information that we can use in the future. I've known Jimmy for over 20 years now and there is no other person I would trust with purchasing or repairing a boat more than Jimmy, Christina and their team. They run their shop with integrity and honesty which is hard to find these days. I would recommend Twin Screws Marine Service to anyone needing a shop they can trust.

I would give 6 ⭐️ if that was an option. Jimmy was facilitating my purchase of a boat and after further examination, he recommend I not proceed with the transaction. He could have easily made the repairs and pushed the sale, but instead he put his integrity ahead of his bottom line and he did the right thing. Integrity is getting harder and harder to find (especially in sales) and his unwillingness to put his name and reputation on a sale he didn’t believe in speaks volumes for Twin Screws.

They both worked super hard and kept great communication during the service making sure I was happy ,and worked through the holiday to make sure I could get back on the water fishing. They impressed me so much with the work done that I going back with them for more work to get dash panel refurbished. Thank you for the great service for sure use them going forward

I have used twin screws multiple times! And they’ve always been upfront and very professional. I like the people that work there however I took my boat there that needed some repairs and received a repair order after they removed the damaged materials on the underneath side of my pontoon boat! (per the email) with a cost of $1276.98! Which they needed a $250 deposit to get started! Which I approved! That would leave a balance of $1021.98! After they had my boat for a week, I received a phone call on late Friday The following week that the boat was done and I told them I could not pick the boat up because I was not available to do and I would pick it up Monday. However, they emailed me a final bill of $1965.59 and the balance owed was $1715.59! It was not communicated to me verbally that it was going to be a time and materials job and during the week that they had my boat, no one ever called me to approve the extra charges that were going to be added! I worked with the service writer Bill however I was told there’s nothing that they could do because they have to cover their cost to at least help me halfway on the differential of the charges! All because of lack of communication on their part! I paid it However, as a contractor myself and I work with other contractors all the time as well I find this very unsettling!

When I was shopping for an engine for my boat I was not just buying and engine but I was buying the marina behind it. I found that with with Twin Screws. Jimmy, Christina , Bill and the entire staff are first class all the way. This week just reaffirmed my decision. I enjoy doing maintenance on my motor and was doing a full 200 hr service. When I went to water test I was getting and overheat alarm. Jimmy actually picked up the phone at 7 pm and with out hesitation said bring it in tomorrow morning. I was leaving for the Bahamas in two days and they could not have been more accommodating to make sure I was back up and running and ready to make the crossing. If your looking for a business that still understands customer service then Twin Screws is the choice!!!!
