Took my phone into a franchise verizon store with a warranty issue I was having and between them and customer service got absolutely nowhere. Came to this store and spoke with Constance and she did everything she could to get it sorted out so thank you very much. I will only be dealing with this place from now on. Shout out to Deveon as well for helping too.

Been a Verizon client for 18 years. I have gone into the store 3 times over the last 5 years and I wonder why Verizon wastes money on having a store front. They pay employees to not be helpful and make 0 sales unless you are brand new. It seems to be a scam. Probably why everyone is paying so much for their cell service so we can have store fronts that do nothing. Don't waste your time making an appointment just call the 1-800 and actually get someone who wants to sell you a phone and help you. You will be much happier. If you need technical help you are better off heading to Best Buy.

I came in today to update my address and make a payment. Little did I know what a wonderfully brilliant person would wait on me!! His name— VICTOR. He was so personable and kind!! I laughed so much!! He should be the exemplar employee for Verizon!! I’m walking out with a huge smile!!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years! Not that that really get you anywhere! I have an iPhone 12 and I’m all packed up to get the new iPhone 17! So I walk into the store that I go to when I need to & They have no organized system on how to check people in so people came in after me are getting checked in before me. I mentioned to the man and he ignored me and continue to check in the other man so I don’t know if it’s he thinks men are more important or what but very disappointed in this store. Will no longer shop here. To the Apple Store I go!

Victor is amazing. Smart, personable and competent. His customer service skills are excellent. I was especially impressed with his patience and perseverance in solving service-related problems. Verizon is lucky to have him on-board.

Jess Pirron! I had a very negative experience with a 21 year old Representative at the corporate store in Fort Myers! Victor was loud and overbearing as a know-it-all employee! He was rude and interrupting! This person failed in his approach as a representative of Verizon. I even asked to talk with someone who had more knowledge about my issue with his response that he knew just as much as anyone else in the store! This individual needs retraining in customer service!

New phones Samsung S-25. Upgraded service plan. Daveon was very helpful. I did have to go back twice to get our bill where they said it would be but we are overall very satisfied.
