The young man at the Illinios Rd store in Ft Wayne was awesome. He was extremely helpful when my mom and I walked in needing a new battery for her van. He was very professional and his customer service skills were impeccable!
James at Advance saved the day by confirming that a not-so-common car battery was in stock and that mine was still in warranty when I didn't have the receipt on my side. Considering the original store that I bought it from hung up on me when I tried to call them to confirm, this service was significantly more heartening, and now my car is back up and running! Great service, helpful staff, fast parts. They've got me as a customer for sure!
I was sold a defective battery terminal connector, and was told I’m not able to get a refund without the defective part. I spent about $600 on two car batteries as well as additional parts here within the last week, so I expected the customer service to be better. I believe I deserve more than a refund due to the time wasted and gloves/tools that were worn while doing this project.
Very few products for trailer towing and the employees follow you around like you're going to rob the place. Lol.
