Got in and out fairly quick. Price quoted over the phone did not included the core charge so ended up paying more than I had planned on, But the part was the correct one and didn't have to make a second trip.

I went in to have an old battery replaced, and unfortunately, left without my car working. The worker who replaced my new battery put it in backwards potentially leading to my car being unable to start. There is a possibility that my starter is the issue; however, several mechanics say that a fuse was blown as a result of the reverse polarities. While looking for the fuse in other automotive stores, I, and two well informed car men, were told that they were given the wrong information about the part. I also heard this wasn’t the first time something like this has been done. I am very frustrated because I do not have my car, and I should have left with it. The workers were kind, but this is a serious concern that should not have happened.

Had exceptional service at Maplecrest location. I believe the employee's name was Trent. He greeted me walking in the door, helped me find what I was looking for. He even offered to help test out the trailer lights I purchased. It was exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond. Bravo!

I have to say that the guy who helped me with my battery and other issues was very knowledgeable, very patient, and attentive to my needs and concerns. When i finally left (i took up almost 2 hours of his time) he carried the battery(good man) to my car and then stunned and impressed me by apologizing to me for his managers impatience and somewhat rude behavior and comments And also for her unwillingness to try to see if there was anything she could do to help my situation...its a long story...sigh. But Bravo, young man! Great customer service skills! Keep up the good work.

Great experience today at Autozone. I was confused in what I needed but Theresa helped me figure out the mystery. The customer service is 10/10 and I recommend this location.

The employees are friendly enough and they try hard, but most of them no nothing about cars except what the computer tells them, especially with classic cars and some still gets it wrong. It depends on who you talk to, whether you get the right part. I went to get a fan belt for my 1977 Impala, and I was asked if it was a serpentine belt. I Said on a 77 really? It's a good thing I took my old belt with me. I have the best luck at the North Clinton store. They seem to know what they are talking about. Years ago there was a place called Nationwide Auto Parts. Them guys were awesome. Without a computer they would give you the right part and tell you how to put it on. Some how Auto Zone put them out of business. That was a sad day.
