Connolly’s Do it Best Hardware & Rental

They provide a propane service for refilling gas grill tanks. I thought it would be complicated but it was a very quick and easy process. While there I also purchased firewood which they have available. Per usual, the staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. I’m grateful to have such a convenient and helpful hardware store so close to home.

Typically, I am pleased with the service, however, today was a different story. I know sooner stepped out of my vehicle, and I landed on the ground because of the black ice. The parking lot and the parking space is up by the door had not been salted. I busted my thumb and elbow up, and when I went in to ask for a tissue or something, it was like talking to somebody that wasn’t there. And then I mentioned it to another employee. There was not a whole lot of immediate resolve or as to an apology or falling on their parking lot.

I went in to get a quart of custom paint color matched to an interior part in my car. I brought in my part. It was pretty difficult to get under the scanner but the associate arranged some supports and got it scanned. He mixed the paint and it came out great. I’ve already used some to touch up some of the interior it is looking so much better. Thank you Do It Best Georgetown.

It's easy to find items. It has a great variety of nuts bolts nails and the things you need for a variety of projects. These items are not just available you can get them in small quantities. The staff is very knowledgeable and approachable.

The staff was very helpful, very couteous and friendly. Willingly checked a price for me. And I found cacti/succulents, could not have been a more pleasant shopping experience. Ty, I will shop again at your store.

I like shopping at Connolly’s because I can find someone to help me when I need it. The people are friendly and helpful. I can get in and out much quicker than one of the big stores.

Always my favorite place to shop! Small store that has everything and not having to walk a long way to go thru store to have to decide on a lot of the same items. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always willing to help me. Thank you so much for keeping this wonderful hardware store small and full of just what’s needed and not a lot more to confuse me
