We have to update our prior negative review. We were in a bind, with a rental from another company falling through the day before departure, and Coplen’s came through. We have a clean, well maintained camper with the correct equipment for our vehicle. Austin was terrific, taking his time to explain how the equipment worked and proper safety procedures. We are very pleased! We feel far more secure using a professional RV dealer and while Outdoorsy has a good idea, they need more thought and professional input for the safety of both the owners and renters.

WOW! Would rate zero stars if I could. Jamie (the front office woman) is extremely rude, the operation is unprofessional, and facility disorganized. Even refused to make employees aware of free or subsidized health coverage options. Don’t waste your time with these people.

The owner of this business is one of the most outstanding individuals I’ve known in the business world. I’ve had four hitches put on my different automobiles, and each one has been reasonably priced and done perfectly. Today I had some problem with the screw that holds my baggage carrier which I purchased from them and before the shop even opened, he was helping me correct the situation, which was not the fault of the merchandise, but something I may have done. Again, he was absolutely professional and solved the problem immediately. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I do know they sell RVs and campers, but I’ve never been interested in that kind of an investment, but I’m sure they would be good quality.

Paul sold me a replacement A/C for our Airstream Flying Cloud that I insisted on installing myself. He gave me great advice right down to the last 2 wires (I forgot to plug it in!) Works great and we left town right on schedule for a week on Lake Michigan. Thanks Paul!

My experience: called a week ahead and set up an appointment for 2 pm on a Friday to have a hitch installed. The morning of the install I was called and asked to come early so I came at 12:30. Was told it would be 2 hours. Four hours later and more interruptions than I can count my car was finally done. The employees are friendly and genuinely seem to want to help everyone, except the customer sitting in the folding chair waiting on his hitch. The lot and store are the most disorganized mess of RV’s and parts/supplies of nearly any store I can ever remember being in. It is the textbook definition of ordered chaos. I’m sure someone knows where everything is but the disorder doesn’t leave you with a feeling that this is going to be a good experience. And, it wasn’t. Eventually my hitch was installed and seems fine. However, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone except the most desperate of RV owner looking for the most obscure part. I’m sure this place has it and I’m certain someone knows where it is.

The staff was friendly enough but also not helpful. I went looking to buy several accessories for a new travel trailer and felt like I was hunting through an unorganized garage sale that’s been ongoing for 30+ years. The space was dimly lit and dirty, and the items were mostly overpriced. Disappointing experience. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

If you have an issue with your RV or are just simply looking for a new/ new to you RV, Paul and his team are where you want to go. I can not say enough about the service that they provide. Paul's vast knowledge is second to none, and his ability to share that knowledge with his team is what has made them so special. I truly thank you for all the help you have given me over the years. I wish you many more year of growth and prosperity.
