I spent two and a half hours looking for a shim that goes over the stud on the positive side terminal battery. Went to for different auto parts stores this morning. Not one of them knew what I was talking about and I was looking for. The last place I tried I walked in the door was in there less than a minute they knew exactly what I was looking for. The guy walked over To the wall reach into a bag handed me the part I needed he said have a good day. I asked him how much do I owe you no charge.
Excellent customer service and support. Didn't ask for my old one as a core. Asked me what I wanted. Gave me a list of different batteries they carried. Went with the house brand. And a better price point than the auto parts stores.
These guys are great. They are supporters of the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society and that says a lot about their character. They have all my business from now on for sure!
