Nice staff, very helpful and prices are good (especially using coupons). The Icon line of tools is very good for the money and the Bauer tools are decent as well depending on your use.

Great place for cheap hand tools, power tools, air tools, storage cabinets, gloves, hand trucks, engine lifts and a lot more stuff. Yes, they are lower quality than some of the big names that are a lot more pricey. But I lose or loan out my tools so I never use the life time guarantee anyway. And I only piddle around. I am not a professional mechanic or builder so Harbor Freight tools are an excellent choice for me. And again so much cheaper!

Liked the place, unfortunately I was expecting more it wasn't Harbor Freight's fault most of the family have been many times before and they had it sitting on a pedestal compared to other places. Had my expectations up before I got to see I was expecting a massive store not a place size of the family dollar. With that said it has reasonable prices, helpful employees and members discounts. End with, they even have their own App.

Today I came in and I have been needing assistance with drilling through frames of vehicles to do some work at my facility. Dave Smith gave me the best advice out of any other store that I’ve been to. After spending countless time and money at other locations I was able to finally get a solution because of this gentleman. Not only did he give me good advice he walked me around the store and picked out the items I needed instead of pointing me to certain areas. This is exactly what people need and I will be coming here anytime I need anything else because of him. Thank you Dave.
