Kroger Marketplace

I just stop by from UPS to grab a Horrizon organic chocolate milk for my baby today and it’s also my first time here And no regrets at all. Carson was quick and nice when I asked where I could find it. Thank you Carson. When I’m also at the cashier, Ali was happily with a smile greeted us. Thank you ali. made my baby happy and me.

Elevated grocery store. Larger than then typically Kroger with a broader product selection. Impressive wine offerings. Staff are friendly and attentive throughout. Produce selection is notable, everything is fresh. Prices are consistent with most Kroger locations, this is just a nicer store. Very clean and well lit. While larger, it has more of a market feel than the industrialized approach of many grocers. I'm sure the calmer atmosphere gets you to spend more, it also makes you feel more valued as a customer.

Always fresh? This was one trip to the store last night to buy some fresh fruits and vegetables and the fixings for a salad. And I didn't even take pictures of everything that I saw like this because I was in a hurry. I watched the lady put these 30 to 40 cucumbers on the shelf and went over to get one because I thought they were going to be fresh and they were all completely mush.

They have been out of Kraft extra sharp cheddar cheese block for over two weeks, this store is starting to suck. Prices go up every week, especially in the personal items. I use to like this store, not anymore.

I frequent this kroger a lot. Recently it's gone down hill. A horrid smell lingers around the deli. Bathrooms by Starbucks are always in need of cleaning and smell. This morning I ordered from Starbucks and the girl working Elaine was nice to start but then yelled at two girls to make my drink. Meanwhile she stood around doing nothing. I felt bad for the two girls. I could hear their conversation and it was obviously work related. I've worked customer service my entire adult life and her attitude was a huge put off. Coventry kroger used to be so clean and nice. I think I'll be visiting other locations from now on.

It's a marketplace Kroger so it has a lot more than the other Krogers near by. This location has toys, clothes and the typical groceries. The deals each week are a hit and miss. Sometimes you will get really good ones other weeks not so much. I wish they still had the icee machine that they used to, it was awesome being able to get a slushie every time I went shopping. Many people have said the sushi is incredible at this location and it is very fairly priced. I have noticed that some of the products that are at other locations, are not available or even carried at this one. I am surprised because I figured since they are both Kroger they would carry the same grocery items.

I have never seen such a Kroger! The store is clean, the service is great, and the store offers everything you could ever need at affordable prices.
