I was about thirty seconds from walking out of this Dang place until I come across this little store.Clerk named jessica. She was amazing and Awesome. She made sure she had everything before starting my order.Which I thought was cool and smart. Initially. I got the run around from Beginning at the front of the store, all the way to the back and again over to the side to all the way outside. I was a first time customer at this location.Very different from the muncie location. Good job, Jessica.

Bought a gas grill and it was horrible to put together. Missing pieces, terrible directions. Your paint department has very unpleasant people working in it, not helpful at all. Thankfully I have choices, and your store won't be one of them

Great store! Very good experience! Only reason it's 4 is because I attempted to use the restroom and somebody was using the whole facility as their own personal gas chamber. How could somebody produce that many rancid fumes? I mean honestly, I had a double quarter pounder with cheese that was really disagreeing me, the natural reaction would be to go to the bathroom. Could you imagine my dismay when upon walking into the bathroom, my senses were assaulted with putrid odor. My whole trip was ruined. I attempted to pinch it off and wait till I got home, but I failed. Not even 5 minutes later I made a huge mess of my car. If only menards stocked some febreeze in their own bathrooms........

Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Wanted (2) 4x4x8' posts. Tried to order at the cashier. Told me to go to customer service. "We can't do it here". Went to customer service and they said NO. "We don't do that here. We don't have the numbers". I asked them is they can get the numbers or a manager or something? "No". I'm 68 yrs old and had already walked all around the store. Didn't want to go back to the farthest corner from where the Customer Service stand is. Never going back. "Customer Service" is not what I would call it.

Shout out for Maddie in home appliances. Every time we have been there shopping she is the one who acknowledges us and asks if we have any questions or need any help. Each time she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Fort Wayne IN Southtown Crossing location only have 2electric carts for the disabled. The place is like a warehouse and some seniors don't like shopping online. Please buy more

Stop by to buy a garage door customer service terrible manager in Nicole super terrible doesn’t know anything she’s talking about. Must just be a dayshift and night shift difference. Prefer you to come here a dayshift if you want anything from this Menards.
