Jim & his manager were great. I had the battery replaced under warranty without a receipt nor record of sale. Just by manufacture bar code. Other parts and services I needed were provided with ease and professionalism. Great folks and excellent customer service.
Not from around here but my heavy trailer came off the hitch and I needed a new one. Went in here very friendly people! I didn't have any tools on me to get me back on the road they helped me right out with everything they could! I highly recommend this place! Very knowledgeable and great customers service!
I bought a battery 3 years and 1 week ago. A battery I paid 3 times I would have at Walmart and expected a better performance. The battery now needs replaced and Jessica, the manager, refused to replace it. All for 1 week out of warranty. Poor product but even worse customer service.

Great service! You couldn't ask for a better, more well rounded group of folks.
Went in to purchase a few items. After my purchase I noticed the bucket deal and told the girl I should've gotten that and I would've saved about $15. She just handed me my items and went back to talking to the other girl in the back as she ignored my comment. Not much on customer service, just pointed to where stuff was. I was the only one there at the time. Should've waited as there were other options a couple minutes down the road.
