Visited: May 16, 2025 Plenty of tools—as you’d expect from a tool store. The staff were friendly and did their job as expected. Nothing bad to say, but also nothing particularly great stood out either. Overall, a solid and average experience. My star ranking system: 1: Bad / Don't go there 2: Could be better 3: Average 4: Above average but not the best 5: A true top notch place
I went in today to buy a chainsaw. Gaby was amazing and helped me find everything that I needed. I will definitely be returning after her amazing service!

Gabby is awesome we went in today to buy some parts for our pressure washing gun and as always she and her staff were very helpful love going to buy things from northern tool.
04/18/2025. This was my first visit to Northern Tool & I was very impressed! The two ladies that assisted me, were Great ! Super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I needed at very small triangle screwdriver for a medical device. Every place that I had been to, prior, didn't have any. They founde, exactly what I needed. Even opened the package to make sure it right, before I bought it. Awesome customer service!!! I will definitely be going back there in the future !
Northern has always had good quality tools at a reasonable price. You can find cheaper tools but that’s just it, they are cheaply made. It’s also nice to be able to go downtown the store and pickup what your looking at in the catalog.
The worst. I have never had such a terrible experience with any company. The Fort Wayne, IN manager, Gabrielle, should NEVER be permitted to be in a position of service to others. Her lackadaisical approach to her job and her very clear "I could not care less" attitude is actually unreal. We could never recommend Northern Tool to anyone.
