Extremely bad customer service the hispanic Lady who seems to be in charge was very rude!! She didnt care about helping us with changing our tire she just wanted us out of there so she can go home early and it wasnt even closing time yet. Very lazy and unprofessional. Made us drive there to meet her and they didnt want to work extra hard on exchanging the tires to another. She simply said she "CANT" do it. How can you "CANT" if the place is a tire shop thats what youre there for... Personal horrible experience

Tire was in great condition,the man put it in and everything was done quickly and professionally. Excellent service and excellent tires. Extremely budget friendly trust me.

Needed one used tire and the lady tried to sell me two, one at 65 and one at 75. I declined. I didn’t need the second one. Got 4 new tires at bell tire for 72$ a piece. Without the condescending attitude that that lady had.

Woman at front counter was rude, short, sarcastic, and THE reason I will not be back. If you dont like serving the customers that make your business successful, maybe the customers should stop giving you their business.

I wish I could give them no stars every time I come here they tell me they only have new tires for 150$ the first time I was okay but after 3 different time of coming I’m starting to think they are trying to get over on me and take advantage just to make a few extra bucks smh do better

Came here about a month ago to get a new tire they when they put the tire on they broke my tire sensor I explained to the lady that my tire sensor won’t go off and it didn’t start until I came and got their work done the lady then wanted to charge me just to fix what they broke and when I told her I wasn’t paying them for that she got a nasty condescending attitude and told me to just buy a new one idk what’s happening to this place I used to come here all the time and have no trouble idk if it’s new staff or what but the attitudes and work is horrible I would give them a negative 100000 if I could

Good prices they had me in and out in 30 min with 2 tires and they're tired prices were the cheapest around I paid 60 for 1 you're mounted and balanced and put on and I paid 10 for them to mount and balance another tire I brought with me. Good service and nice people. Please like this review if it was helpful. Thank you
