We loved Redwood Fort Wayne Maplecrest so much that when it came time to relocate, we didn't look any further than another Redwood community. What's not to love? Nestled in a quiet community, Maplecrest offers quality interior and exterior finishes, a variety of spacious floor plans, attached garages, and routine maintenance. But an apartment community is only as good as the people that are running it. A big thank you to Jeremy, the Neighborhood Manager, for your professional, friendly, and supportive assistance and Brandon for your fast and efficient service. Great staff! Great community!

04/24/2025 Quick next day response from Brandon. Will check back later about loose plank under carpet in spare bedroom. Switched fans to summer mode. Always prompt friendly servic 10/05/2024 Bulbs out in the kitchen and Brandon took care of it the next day. As always good and quick response and also switched ceiling fans to Winter mode. 06192024 Trim came off garage ceiling. Saw Brandon on street and he took care of it right then. Stopped at office and Jeremy did a work order. Same day service. Always a great job by all. 07212023 Called Brandon around noon and he had leaky showerhead solved by 3 pm same day. He is always helpful when called. Thanks for your quick response. 06022022 Great service on repair to spare bathroom basin. Brandon really does a good job quickly and efficiently. He also took care of the ceiling fan in living room. Switched from winter to summer mode. Very pleasant and tells what he did. Ashley is easy to talk to and gets things done as well. Good place to live. It is quiet and well maintained. Sent a maintenance request on Sunday and Greg took care of the problem on Monday morning. Friendly and efficient. Place is quiet and well taken care of by Ashley and Greg. Great service again. Got all packages from mail box. Post office needs to repair locks on package doors due to many of the locks having problems. 12/17/2022 01172023 Brandon fixed the light problem next business day. Always takes care of problems as soon as possible. Great place to live. 0412023 Again, great service in a timely fashion. Great quiet place to live. Brandon and Ashley are on the ball.

My partner Jeremy and I (ironic considering the neighborhood manager is also named Jeremy! Makes us laugh!) have been living here since May 2024 and have been absolutely loving it. From the amazing staff to the friendly neighbors, this is the best renting experience we’ve had and we have been renting for several years! Ideal for a small family or for a couple like us. 2 bed, 2 bath with lots of storage space and a large living room. Could not recommend it more!! Thank you all!

Great area, very clean community in the redwood addition. And the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the layout is perfect making every inch count. And the double insulated walls for energy savings and sound proofing is 1st class in my book and should be a standard for all apartments and motels. Very Nice I thought.

Jeremie, is the best. The entire staff is just awesome. Jeremie helped our family out tremendously. I called in a wellness check on our aunt and the communication with Jeremie was awesome. Jeremie made the move very easy for us. The news wasn’t the best, but they really worked hard to make sure we were ok. Thanks to JEREMIE and the entire staff off Redwood. My aunt really loved it there. Giving recognition to Brandon as well, for being a fantastic maintenance guy. Hats off to the Staff.

Redwood was such a great experience! Having your own garage and driveway for parking was a bug deal since parking isn't always consistent at other apartments. The manager Ashley and maintenance man Brandon are a dream team. They are both easy to get along with and provide fast and convenient service. The walkways they have are also nice during the summer evenings. The location is especially nice because of Kroger basically being in the backyard. I wish we knew about Redwood sooner since they don't compare to other places I've stayed in. 5/5.
