Very happy with Stone Computers. Michael, Carl, and that wonderful woman who runs the show! Thank you! I bought a desktop that saved me hundreds of dollars over Best Buy. Thank you! Miles & Crew do a great job & it is easy to get followup advice - not that you will need it. Whenever I go into Best Buy, I worry that I am steered to a computer that the sales rep gets a kickback for selling. Pretty sure that is what happened last time, and we have suffered for years for it. Pretty sure Miles won't let that happen. Glad we went local. Thanks, again, Miles. What a difference! My wife's laptop was impossibly slow (thanks Worst Buy for steering us in the wrong direction!). Michael cleaned up the problem areas and installed some inexpensive upgrades. The results were astounding. Very fast! Better than expected and for a very reasonable cost.

My husband and I live in Michigan and he had to go to Fort Wayne for a work trip and he forgot his laptop charger, I ended up calling this company for him and the employee that answered was BEYOND helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the correct charger (needed a special order since the wattage was so high) but he gave me great advice on what we should do and stayed on the phone with me until we could figure something out. 5 stars 100%

First off I never give reviews out to places, but seeing how these guys went above and beyond to fix my pc I cant recommend them enough. Really knowledgeable and willingly to help. Customer service was an A+

Went in for a broken Mac screen, which they fixed, but they ended up breaking the front camera on the Mac. Took the computer back in and they "claimed" they fixed it so I pick it up and checked the camera and it was still not working. They charged us and still never fixed the camera even though we showed them it was still broken. Ended up breaking my camera and making us pay for it too.

Any device that needs fixing this is the place to go!!! Every staff were very helpful and friendly. My pc broke that down and they found it very quickly what the issue was.

Great store. Needed to update my WiFi card on my PC. Guy there gave great advice and was full of knowledge. Recommended a new card and it worked great and solved my WiFi issues. Highly recommend for any PC component needs.

Best service ever! Excellent customer service, I was expecting to be without a laptop for a week, but they resolved EVERYTHING in about an hour! And on a weekend no less! If you need repair, assistance, or in the market for a new PC, go here first!
