This location is generally clean and well stocked, today not so much. BUT, I found what I needed and was on my way. Much of the power tools, outdoor and hand tools, at this location are locked up which is unfortunate, Lowes in Fort Wayne has been doing the same thing recently. Menards still seems clear of locked cabinets though their brands aren't as nice as The Home Depot. I only stop at this location if I'm in the area, otherwise I would rather go to Lowes or Menards.
The best customer service I have received at any home improvement store was from Ann Marie Ferraro today at this location. She was knowledgeable, friendly and an all around great person in assisting my partner and I with our search for the best washer and dryer. She was patient and provided all the information we requested in researching our options. She provided a quote and no pressure to purchase. After some time reviewing we decided to purchase same day. She even called the credit line to negotiate longer 0% APR financing terms for a lower monthly payment. 1000% would recommend Ann Marie! We walked away feeling completely understood and helped in our largest purchase we have made for our new home. Thank you Ann Marie!
This review is for the delivery department. I ordered and paid for 3 kitchen appliances. A refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. It was scheduled to be delivered on a sat. We stayed home and waited for them to call. I get a text that my delivery was rescheduled for a weekday. They claimed they called and I didn’t answer . This was a LIE! I very busy and was waiting and ready. I am very disappointed. The 1-800 person helped me reschedule. But the store employee I talked to was no help!
I could of used help while in the store but it seemed like every work I walked towards and tried to gets attention was to busy to help so I bought very little and decided to go to a diffrent home depot to get the help i needed . Definitely need to work in that area .
We ordered a new refrigerator last week and I would highly recommend Home Depot. The delivery date was accurate, the online ordering process was smooth, the delivery drivers were so kind and did a fantastic job. 10/10.
