Trek Bicycle Fort Wayne

Westward bound from Vermont, I thought a travel break and bike ride would be just the thing. It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood, just begging for an outdoor bike ride. I work at a bike shop back home, so figured the local shop would be a good source of "where to ride" knowledge. This is a great bicycle shop, well stocked, Lots of room, well organized, and most importantly, friendly, helpful staff. I’m impressed. Following their suggestion, I rode some of the local bike paths, sampled most of the mountain bike single track behind the nearby zoo/city park. All this right out the back door of the shop. p.s. what I saw of Fort Wayne, it’s pretty cool also.

Jake was very helpful. He showed us multiple bikes. We were there for just options. It was good to know that they have lot of options.

Amazing bike selection and EV test rides are a must with the trails they have picked out it's was a blast! And the salesman were super helpful without being pushy so Id recommend to all my family and friends who are in need of a new experience!

This place is really great. I took in a tire that I accidentally blew out the rim, eesh, yes the rim. I was trying to get it replaced quick, it’s a small size for a trailer. I worked with Shane, he was incredibly helpful. And didn’t have anything in stock. BUT he didn’t play some sleazy tactic to get me to still go with him. He gave me local recommendations who might have it in stock so I can get rolling this weekend with the great weather. He even took the freewheel off for me and put it in a bag and sent me on my way. I was so Impressed. He didn’t make a sale today, but I will 100% be back. This is good customer service.

I used to really like Summit city bicycles, but it had some rough spots that I really didn’t like so I wouldn’t go there a good portion of the time when I needed bicycle stuff. I have recently approached Trek, and the people were so friendly, so helpful, and the shop is so nice. This place is a real gift for the city.

I can say enough on how much I appreciate the honesty and Integrity they have for a quality business. I bought a 2015 Electra Townie 21 D from them and not only there sales team awesome there service is outstanding. I love my bike so much worn the tires out . Took it in to there service and put new tires and a few other things I wanted done. Just had to take it for a spin . What a wonderful job so fine tuned. The best bike I have ever owned worth every penny. I would highly recommend them to anyone..thank you guys Satisfied customer A +

Needed my 3 month old matlin e-bike checked. Did not buy from this dealer, however they git me into service as a walk in without waiting. Tech shane ran the bike thru the computer. updated done software and gave me the all clear. Highly recommend.
