The associate lied straight to my face. "Promotion for free tablet or Apple Watch with a phone upgrade, all you have to pay is the monthly service fee, which he said would be around $7". No. Everything including the device charge will be around $30/mo. "Keep your old phone, they would just throw it away anyway." No. It will charge me $40/mo to still have this phone on my line. Extremely deceptive and very obviously going after a commission. I’m just glad I got to look into the ongoing charges more in depth. I even said "this all sounds too good to be true." Well, I was right. He saw a sucker and he got me. Needless to say, I will be calling Verizon and returning everything. People - read every line of your paperwork and ask more questions!

I just want to say thank you for your exceptional service and kindness! I went in today to pick up an online order that I needed help with. I was upgrading a very old phone and the manager Joe helped me. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and so very helpful. I will definitely come back to this Verizon store. Joe greeted each customer that came in very quickly and I never felt like I wasnt an important customer in the store today. I am so very grateful for amazing customer service!! For being the main Verizon office they need to have employees that want to help. Everyone seems so lost including customer service . I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years with Verizon but I’ll be switching to T Mobile ✌ Verizon sucks

Tyler was very helpful and understanding. Didn’t feel pushed into anything we didn’t want. We changed our plan at the end of the transaction which added some work for Tyler yet we never felt like we were being a nuisance

Colleen is the best! She’s so friendly and helpful. She helped us upgrade our phones several months ago and remembered me when I came in today for help with a few things. She’s super chill and patient but also very efficient and had me out the door in no time.

Stop in to Verizon Orchard X Chermo burritos at the door with a big smile and a pleasant attitude, he gave us great customer service listen to our needs. Joked with us, and me and my wife very happy with her new work phone she needed. Even did a number swap on everything for us. If you go to Verizon Orchard X make sure you ask for Chermo, he's awesome if you give him a five-star rating. Thanks for all your help Chermo.

Very rude uneducated manager, was not happy to help with my phone issues, and definitely just looking for a sale. Maybe don’t hire people that don’t have experience in customer service
