Henry's Towing Services

My car was just recently towed from a parking lot in Framigham Massachusetts on Kendall st. The parking lot has no, no parking signs. Just spray paint that says "no park" scattered throughout the parking lot. That I understand could have been the reason my car got towed. But then I proceed to call the company that had towed my car that is Henry’s Towing Services. I ask them when my car had been towed and where I can pick it up. They tell me I can’t pick it up until tomorrow 7am. And that there is a fine if you don’t pick your car up within 12 hours. Meanwhile my car in the parking lot for 1 hour max and I parked my car at 7pm sharp. They proceed to tell me I have to pay a fine if my car is not picked up within 12 hours. They can’t tell me when my car was picked up exactly. Nor how much it will cost me. They told me they would have someone else call me to let me know what the information was on the car. That never happened. NOT DONE YET. I called back a few hours later and tell them I still don’t know what the deal is with my car. "All I wanted to know was how much it was going to cost and why exactly my car was taken and what time." The guy says. "We open at 7am but don’t start releasing the cars until 8am." So then that makes me think oh well then I’ll definitely be paying the fine on top of the impound that was just flat out not fair. WHO EVER RUNS THE FRONT DESK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DO THERE JOB. Even if it’s the slightest way possible. And this company should see this and maybe look into it a little more.

I haven’t needed a tow in a long time, but this time not only did I need one—I also needed to be transported. Diego L. was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. His vehicle was spotless, he made sure I was comfortable, and even offered me a bottle of water. Hats off to an employee who’s doing his job right. Excellent service, keep up the great work! Driver Diego was wonderful! I was stuck on I-90. He was prompt professional and extremely polite. Great experience! He went above and beyond to get me to safety. I am a single mother and appreciate his kindness.

The driver Diego licuri he was excellent and helped me a lot. He got me out of the Street. I put diésel in my car wrong. He helped me a lot. I’m very happy. God blesses me abundantly! Excellent company!

Worst experience I've ever had, they took the car here from the condominium to there, everything is fine. I went to get the car, they were there but said that the office had closed only the next day. I tried to pay, they delayed until the police arrived in Framingham. I spoke to the sheriff and explained what they wanted, which was to hold the car for another day to receive the daily rate (many use this tactic). The police called, they delivered the car in 5 minutes, and I'm going to get the receipt because they had given a value and when I went to pay, they said another value. I do not recommend them! And I recommend that you always seek information.

Diego showed up and saved the day getting our flat tire off the car and putting the spare on! He was so nice and quick to get the work done. Glad to have AAA and thankful for Diego's professionalism and courtesy. Thank you!!

I needed my battery changed while I was working and Nathaniel P. came in about 30 mins. He was very efficient and professional even told me my starter needs to be looked at soon. I work for AAA and he for sure is meeting the expectations of our company as far customer service goes.
