Ithzel has helped me twice. She's so knowledgeable and excellent. She goes above and beyond! Ithzel really cares about the customer. I honestly can't say enough. The whole staff are good. She's phenomenal. This is a really great Auto Zone.

And in to get some light bulbs for my car and Alfredo was Awesome. He was able to install them for me with no issues. Very nice young man. I have always came here for my parts and the staff has always provided excellent customer service.

I was on a long road trip and had a battery issue while traveling so I went to auto zone to see about a new battery. I was still unsure if I wanted to buy one but went in and John immediately asked if he could help me. I told him what was going on. He then came out to my car and looked at it and then took my battery tray apart and took my battery in to ensure he had the right battery for me. He then got the right one and put a new one in for me and put on extra stuff on the terminals and cleaned all the connections for me. He was super nice and helped me get back on the road really quickly. I really appreciate his help!

The manager, Maurice was so helpful. I was greeted by him and another employee right away. He gave me price options and directions with car battery and windshield wipers. As a person who is not well versed in the auto industry, sometimes people can take advantage of that. Maurice is different. I’m glad I came here.

Friendly staff and quick service. This is my go-to shop when I need replacement parts. Isaiah helped me out with a replacement headlight today and had it installed in under 10 minutes!
