The system works pretty well. It has been operating since 2018. I have a few PVs which charge the batteries during the day and I can use free power during the night. My electric bills significantly decrease.
This company is selling trash to customers. Most of their devices never work, yet they still boast their product to be "turn-key".
They fail to support their battery products. Presume out of business
