Came in to transfer my partner’s number to T-Mobile and get her a new phone. Alex, one of the mobile experts, saw us from across the store and came right over to help. Super friendly and patient. Since we already had the account number and port-out pin, he was able to transfer the line and set everything up quickly. Really appreciated how smooth he made the whole process.
After I purchased new phone at Best Buy this evening I came to T-mobil in Fremont 20 minutes before store closing. Adan helpped me to transferred all the information from my old phone to new phone. When all the data has been transferred it was 10 minutes pass closing time. Thank you Adan for all your help.
Sergio is really friendly and helpful. He switched and renewed my old SIM card very effectively.
Just activated 2 lines here & ported over our old numbers from AT&T(because I’ve increasingly been hitting reception dead zones to the point I have to keep restarting my phone if I want to dial out or am expecting a phone call). Javier (one of the Senior Mobile Experts) was extremely helpful, thorough, & patient with us during the entire process. Even talked me into adding some phone accessories I had originally overlooked, but I’m glad I bought. Highly recommend asking for Javier if you visit this location!
Wait time is 30 to 45 min . Plan to prepare trip accordingly. Had visited multiple times because of different issues i have faced on my account and each time i have been helped by different people. On an average i would say people are friendly but not informative much when it comes to information sharing. Staff People call customer care to get the answers for the issues i have and faced.

Had to upgrade two phones and get a watch. Bianca was awesome and made it really easy to make the switch to a new phone. I had to bring my three kids with me and they encouraged us to use the phones to keep them busy which worked great. Happy with my service
