What a great company Nova West Energy is. We purchased our system two years ago with Ian as our sales advisor and what a great experience it has been. With Ian there was no pressure or typical sales pitch that you get from other companies. They have a great product along with a awesome customer service. If you're looking for an honest, patient, and non-pushy solar company, NOVA WEST is the way to go. We bought our house in May 2023 and I called Justin to research solar. He told me to wait a year to see what our electric bills were going to look like for a year. True to his word, Justin called in May 2024. Welp..we were having problems with our vents and AC unit and had to have them replaced. Justin told us again to wait another year. He waited NEARLY 2 YEARS for our business! We fiinally installed our solar panels in FEBRUARY 2025. During those months he waited, I did call him to ask a lot of questions and he was great at answering them. He wasn't trying to push solar on me like other companies and he really wanted to do what was in the best interest for us. I told my in-laws about our experience with Justin and the Nova West team that they also decided to have their solar panels installed a week after ours! When they installed the panels and the system, the Nova West team was very professional, nice, and they clearley explained everything I needed to know.
