CubeSmart Self Storage

I’ve had a great experience with CubeSmart! The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is super friendly and helpful they made the move-in process simple and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate the climate-controlled units and the convenient access hours, which make it easy for me to grab things whenever I need. The online account system is also very convenient for payments and updates. Overall, I feel my belongings are safe, and the service has been professional from start to finish. Highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for reliable and well-maintained storage!

I had went into the office to ask about parking spaces for my trailer but unfortunately they did not have any that would fit my needs but Sandra was extremely helpful and very friendly. She even referred me to other CubeSmarts around the area but I had a great conversation with her and her customer service is beyond extraordinary! Even though I did not rent out a space with this location, their service is top notch! Highly recommend if needing a storage unit!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 58 years of living! I had a reservation for tonight because I had things I needed to.move into storage tonight. I got there 30 to 40 mins before closing and an "open" sign was lit but all doors were locked. Two telephone numbers listed but only an computer asking what phone number for a call back. I tried the phone number listed under Google but same message.at 6 pm the "open" sign automatically turns off. No cars around but the gate has a gap wide enough for anyone to enter the units. A lady shows up and is unloading her car and taking it into a fenced area. I ask her if she works there and she says she lives there. I told her the situation and she says you are supposed to go to another building at a different location to sign your contract or sign up online without seeing your unit first. Extremely disappointed and cried after I left from such horrible customer service. Don't bother showing up. Nobody is there to help!!!

REVIEW UPDATE: We took out an insurance policy through Progressive to protect our belongings further than Cubesmarts insurance would. However, Cubesmart Corporate is not willing to share any documentation or information that is needed for us to close our claim with Progressive. We have received NOTHING from Cubesmart as a company, not even an apology for what happened. We paid $200.00 per month for our items to end up with mold damage and Cubesmart gets to get away with it and our insurance won’t cover anything because they have no explanation of where the water came from, from Cubesmart. PLEASE do not leave your stuff here. There are so many other storage unit facilities. Cubesmart will not help you if this happens to you. I would also like to note I did email the email they included in their response and did not hear back. Don’t be fooled. Do not store your belongings here. We kept our stuff here in a climate controlled unit for 1 year and came back to find mold all over our belongings. The manager isn’t helpful at all and says she sees no signs of water damage and that corporate will handle it. If you care about your stuff, do NOT leave it here.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and thorough with explanations of the rental policy. Units are surrounded by cameras with property managers on-site or very close to the property in case of issues.

‼️Burglary Break in my storage Worse experience ever someone has taken my Sony 85 Inch Tv and clothes and my expensive shoes and my wife Dyson hair hair blower and straightener and her shoes as well. This cost me around 15K The Frisco Cubesmart store manager does not care every time i ask him how can someone put cubesmart lock after break in his only answer is i don't know ‍♂️ i asked him have you watched any video or anything you know that could lead us he say i don’t know ‍♂️. Frisco police has try to investigate but saying we cannot find any lead who is responsible. I called multiple times to corporate office and no one has contacted me yet. Try to teach out regional manager but still having no luck. So please make sure you try to find a safe place for your goods.

You want my review? Last time I came to the building and it said the office was open I got no help. Came back today and still no help. How do I get into my unit?????????
