They treated everything like it was their own and didn’t hesitate when I asked them to move items from the second floor down to the garage. William & Crew were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. What really impressed me was that the owners personally came out during the move to check on the work and make sure I was happy with everything. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. I’ve never had a moving company show this much professionalism and genuine concern for making sure the move went smoothly. They went above and beyond in every way and completely exceeded my expectations. The movers arrived promptly after I was notified, they were arriving to load my household items. They work swiftly and efficiently and not one item was damaged during the move. They made my move less stressful, and I would recommend their services to anyone that would ask me. Courtesy goes a long way and makes a good impression. Good job and I will be using their services again in the future.

Christie came out to give an in-person estimate which was an excellent touch. The pricing was fair and Sedrick, Francisco, Chris, and Sergio were all excellent to work with and incredibly hard working. Their packing skills were beyond impressive. They got all our stuff to fit perfectly in our 10x30 storage unit and I don't think anything got broken or damaged which is a huge positive. I will absolutely be calling them back when we're ready to move out of our storage unit.

One of best moving experience Such an amazing team. All 4 movers were friendly and super fast and efficient. Enjoyed the time they were working and moving and putting stuff together. Owner/Manager is also very pleasant person , communication was top notch Price was unbeatable! I am lifetime customer for any of my moving needs. Hope all Moving Teams are like this. First Step Moving helped me with a last-minute move from Prosper to Frisco this past Friday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The movers, Sergio and Francisco, were a great team—extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. They arrived right on time, were incredibly quick in wrapping and loading everything, and handled all of my belongings with care. Even though I had a few heavy and awkward pieces of furniture, they managed the move with ease and a positive attitude. They made what is often a stressful day feel completely manageable. I was so impressed with their hard work and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend First Step Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free moving service. They truly went above and beyond!

The service was so awesome! Special thank you to Sergio and Francisco for such a smooth and straight forward move. It was a long day but seeing them still have a smile on their face with positive energy was so comforting and such great customer service! This was my first experience with First Step Moving, and I will definitely move with them again!

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with First Step Moving. They were great with communication until it came down to my issues. The movers scraped up walls and ruined some of my furniture. After letting them know, the owner told me the mover could "come fix it" but how am I to trust for someone that didn’t do their job correctly in the first place come and fix anything? They are movers, not handymen. Nevertheless, the guy never contacted me. To add, the team also took our push broom. My husband saw one of the movers with it sweeping out the truck and the broom was never to be seen again. So disappointed especially because the company had great reviews.
