Interstate Batteries Distributor

Tried several times calling , answering machine come on directs you to every thing else , except answering your call . Drove from Huntington Beach , to see if they had a refurbished battery for my car . They didn’t have what I wanted . But were very eger to sell me a new one . This comment could have been prevented if they would have answered the phone . How does company not anwer there phone YOU SUCK .

Service was excellent.I showed up at 3:30 and was on my way by 3:45. I was helped by a guy named eddy and she went above and beyond what I expected to help me with what I needed. I will be coming back for any battery I could possibly need and will be referring as many people as I can. Thank you very much eddy at the garden Grove location. You are the man to talk to at interstate Batteries.

Good morning everyone! Just a gentle reminder. If you ever need a battery for your car and you have an opportunity to buy one from interstate batteries and garden grove, please please pass it up. This place is horrible. It's confusing and the employees are beyond horrible. I don't know how places stay in business. In my day you treated people right to make your money. That's how you make your honest money. Treating people like crap is it the way to go. Especially nowadays. I will never buy an interstate battery ever in my life. Even if I desperately need it for anything. I would rather leave my car dead and I would walk

Interstate Battery warranties are garbage. I drove to this location with a bad core 12 months into 36 month warranty. I was told to leave it two days or buy a new one. So predatory it’s outrageous. They actually are required to post about those practices on their website. It’s a culture. I’ll eat the warranty and buy from an honest company.

Everyone is friendly and courteous. Backing up 53 ft trailers is challenging but obviously can be done. You have to use dock on the left as you look at the building. Use driveway across the street to back up and ask for someone to help back you up.

Good customer service. They have all battery for car.
