Donna was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me . What stood out most was that she promised to call me back—and she actually did. Her follow‑through, professionalism, and kindness made the whole experience stress‑free. I truly appreciate her dedication and exceptional service.

This site is immaculate, very well maintained and the management here is doing an amazing job! The office smells really clean, all hallways are spotless and didn’t see any bugs or rodents. Would very well recommend this site to anyone!

Just booked a spot here a couple of weeks ago based on the positive reviews. After moving in, I can agree with the other reviewers' assessments. It was extremely easy to book and access the space. Dawn operates the business and she is exceptionally responsive, helpful, kind, and competent. She solved a couple of clerical errors I made over the phone in 5 seconds flat. And when I was there, she showed me around the facility and even brought be a cold water as I left. It is very clear that she takes pride in her business. Best storage space experience I have ever had.

Extra Space has been a great place to use as storage space. Dawn is the manager and she is wonderful! Dawn is very helpful and does a great job keeping the facility very clean. I would recommend at the Campbell and Jupiter location!!!

I waited a while before doing a review because I wanted to be able to give an honest review… the facility is nice and clean it doesn’t have that weird smell like most storages do. You can tell the employees actually take care of the property. Not only that Dawn is super sweet and she has very good energy. My things have been in storage for three months and I have zero complaints. I highly recommend

Dawn was such a delite. Renting a unit was so easy and she was extremely helpful. From the moment I walked in, Dawn had a pleasant smile on her face and the storefront was clean and smelled great. Units were clean. Unit and halls throughout were well lite!
