Me and my husband Marc just got out of AutoZone quicker than a flash because of Mr. Gil. Absolutely incredible customer service we were supposed to be going to a movie and did not have that much of time and he was able to get us out within 10 minutes for a battery change not only friendly but super quick with his hands, I didn't even know a battery could be changed that quick if you're around this area for anything at all, he will be your number one reason to come by great service even better attitude. We need more people like him in the world and he needs a raise ASAP.

Jordan walked over a few blocks to our dead vehicle that wouldn’t jump. Got us sorted out and able to drive it to the store for a new battery. Great service you. The kind you don’t see as much these days.

Went into the store to purchase oil and an oil filter. Found the oil with no worries; however, I got not located the oil filter (S3675 XL - they had the normal, non XL version.) Per the website it showed the oil filter was in stock. The manager quickly assisted me in looking for the oil filter and then promptly went to check the back. He advised me that they were out of stock and he was sorry about that. I told him it wasn't his fault, and he advised that it was. He advised me I could pay and get a deal that was going on. He then called a store that was located right down the road and was able to have that store put the oil filter on hold for me. I believe he was the store manager and his name was Sosa. He was super helpful, polite, and just an overall nice guy. Made my day by how kind and helpful he was. Top notch service! Thank you sir!

My daughter and I stopped in and had the most excellent service. We were having issues with my battery and my battery was fairly new. Well it was still within warranty. They replaced it within a second and then they did a check and found out that my alternator is in need of replacement and so it was a win-win for me today. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jordan B. He went above and beyond to try and help me figure out what was wrong with my car and took extra time to look up the right parts I needed. Instead of just pointing me to the shelves, he really cared about making sure I had the right information. It’s not often you find that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciate his effort and patience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received.

Jordan is truly awesome! We just came in to get my battery checked and he helped figure out it was dying. Luckily we had it under warranty so there was no issue there. Just wanted to shout him out because he was super kind and knowledgeable and quickly helped us replace it. All around a great guy who clearly has a passion for what he does and customer service!

I was going there to replace the battery in my car and I told them my car’s battery is a different size so please measure first and check the battery first and then after that they order for me but when they replaced it’s is a different size .the guy name is Jordan He was helping me. He take out the battery but when he trying to put new battery it was different size (which is he check before he order)and after that they said sorry And also he missing the two nuts for the battery which one he had to put on old battery After that they told me we don’t carry that kind battery. It was really bad experience to use auto zone I didn’t recommend this location
