From the moment they showed up, the crew was super professional, friendly, and really careful with all my belongings. They wrapped everything, secured all the fragile pieces, and handled all my furniture like it was their own. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. What I appreciated most was how organized and efficient they were. They didn’t waste any time, but they also didn’t rush the process or cut corners. They made sure everything was protected, packed properly, and loaded smoothly. By the time we got to the new place, everything was in perfect condition — no scratches, no dents, nothing broken. They placed everything exactly where I wanted it and made the whole move feel stress-free. This is not a paid review, we really used AZ Move Masters and we really paid full price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moving can be a nightmare, but AZ Move Masters made it a breeze! I’m not getting paid to write this, I just had an incredible experience and want to share it. After three awful experiences with other moving companies (one where movers were 6+ hours late and another where we were overcharged by thousands), we were hesitant to hire movers again. With a new baby and a lot to unpack from 3 PODS storage container, we decided to give AZ Move Masters a shot. From the very first conversation with Hogan on the phone, I could tell this was a different type of moving company who actually cares about customers and their experience, not just about making money and rushing to the next job. Hogan was upfront, no BS, and worked with us to stay within our budget. He gave us a clear hourly rate and let us control how long we wanted the movers to stay... no surprise fees or shady add-ons, which EVERY other mover has done. Three movers showed up early and were professional, efficient, and courteous. They rolled out a runner to protect our floors as soon as they arrived, secured a packing blanket to the door frame, helped me cover the stairs, and took great care with our belongings. Not a single thing was broken (from them... the other movers did a number on some fragile items), and they even helped hook up and test appliances! One of the biggest surprises? When my dolly broke, they let me borrow one to help instead of trying to charge me for extra services and time. They took direction well, stayed flexible when we needed extra time and allowed us to dictate EXACTLY how long we wanted them there to stay within our budget, and made the whole process stress-free. If we had known about AZ Move Masters three years ago, we could have saved a lot of frustration and money. Highly recommend them if you want a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free move!

I normally don’t do reviews but buyer beware. I moved from a 1 bedroom apt. I personally packed everything myself and stacked it at the door for easy removal on a 1st floor apartment they were a hour late to arrive even after I agreed to accommodate pushing my time back. Came in on the phone because things promised on the booking were missing. One of the drivers kept moving the truck even though I gave him a place to park by the time they got started it was half hour past due. One guy was doing all the work while the other lallygagged his way around not doing much it took 3.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment because they took there slow time when I complained the owner gave me 30min off for the wasted time they wasted anyway then acted like he was really doing something for me how can u give me time off my bill that was wasted by your ppl then say u are comping my time. Im also helping move things as well and packing into my car I had all of 15 boxes. When I moved here it took my mover 2 hours to load and unload a similar 1 bedroom apartment because they both were actually working. Not me paying for 2 men but really got 1 man that’s a scam within itself. Dragging out time to overcharge is insane. All and all I had another moving company I should’ve went with them because the stress from this move was not worth it. I would never book this company again not even for free. I suggest you do the same.

I hired this company after reading the reviews and looking at several other movers. It was also pretty last minute but it was a great decision. Michael and Austin were great! They came and assessed how much I had to move and went right to work. When it was time to unload the truck I appreciated the fact that they asked where I would like my boxes once inside. I moved from one 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor and even with the heat they still moved quickly. Thanks so much Michael and Austin!

Highly recommend Hogan and his team. Their professionalism is unmatched and I could honestly say I've never felt more protected with my belonging than with these guys.
