Batteries Plus

I came in because my battery was showing signs of dying and it had only been 2 years. I purchased a new one online and came to pick it up and Michael let me know that my old battery was still under warranty and that he would get me taken care of. The honesty and help was greatly appreciated and will keep me coming back.

Michael at this story was a lifesaver! I was visiting from out of town when my phone screen busted making getting around impossible. Not only were they CRAZY fast, but he patiently helped me coordinate with my phone provider to get it covered. This is also the nicest and cleanest Batteries Plus I've ever been in. Bought a new battery and thought all was fine. Hooked it up and my bike wouldn't turn. Took the battery back and was told it needed to be charged. Brought it home and still wouldn't work. Had the battery tested and found it still wouldn't hold a charge. Took the battery back and asked for a refund but apparently because it was hooked up at one point that was null and void. I didn't know I was supposed to test a new battery before I hooked it up but I guess that's how these guys get you.

Great customer service. Though the is store didn't have what I needed (a warranty replacement battery for a Mercedes Sprinter van), they were able to find that a sister store close to this location had one. They verified the other store had it, asked to "transfer" it to the location I was at in the computer so that all the paperwork was done and all I had to do was walk in and pick up the new battery from the other store.

Batteries plus is the absolute best when it comes to all batteries, from household to automotive and even boats and RVs. The service is always impeccable and they carry high quality products.

Had appointment to get new phone battery, according to website it was in stock. When I arrived employee look for battery then told me it wasn't in stock. Told one could be ordered & should arrive in week to 10 days.

I ordered a battery online and scheduled for it to be picked up at a local store. The online process was simple and quick. Upon pickup, the batt was ready and the staff was friendly. My only concern (minor at best) is that it took until the next day to be notified that my order was ready for pickup. My assumption is that the battery I ordered was not stocked in this particular store. This is my second order from this same store over the past 4 years. I will use this store again in the next 3-4 years when this battery is end of life.
