Great environment & well maintained. Jordan is always upbeat & his killer smile. When I have needed assistance he is ready & willing with that smile. I have had a storage at Cube Smart for 4 yrs.

Jordan is absolutely wonderful! He made our experience very easy and enjoyable. Only took a couple minutes to complete our move in. He is awesome! And the deals on their storage units are the best we found.

Just rented indoor unit in Gilbert, AZ. Jordan and Kevin were great to work with. Did a tour of the facility prior to renting unit. The facility is neat and clean. I would highly recommend renting storage unit at this facility. Thanks Jordan and Kevin for the smooth check in.

I’m very disappointed in what the storage units look like due to the fact that they are very dirty very dusty they weren’t cleaned and I’m still trying to clean up myself because of the dust before I move in I asked if they can clean it power wash it and they said they have somebody comes, but I got a mop and water and I started cleaning one and I have run to two units from you guys And I’m still trying to clean one. The other one is filthy. It’s very dusty. The walls are dusty I’ll be storing furniture as well in there, so I am quite disappointed that they weren’t even cleaned. I had to help the guy one of the guys that works here clean, and he kind of just left me to clean the rest of it by myself, he just did something very quick and minor. It’s very very dirty and I feel they need to be cleaned even more

I am very disappointed with how dirty the units were before I moved in. I’m not fully moved in yet. I’m still trying to clean the unit and put up shelves before I move all my stuff in. It’s very dusty and the walls are kicked on with still lots of dust there was a gentleman that came with a blower. I even brought my blower to try to get all this dust out, but it was caked on so badly that I even grabbed a mop and water to try to clean the walls with and I spent a whole day, just trying to clean one unit and I have run to two units. I’m still trying to clean the one to get to the other one. I am so disappointed I asked him can you please power wash it because it really needs it I even suggested if I can bring my own car washer power wash it but he said there’s no Spicket to plug the hose in so I’m not sure what to do because I do not wanna bring my furniture in this place and get dusty I understand it’s Arizona, but if I’m gonna rent a unit storage unit, I would like it at least cleaned before I move my stuff in so it doesn’t get dirty while I move in my stuff so I’m very disappointed. I’m reconsidering but not sure if I want to even move in at this point, they should’ve cleaned it prior to.

Jordan was great! He was very helpful and the line of communication was great in helping us reserve our unit. Very clean and easy to navigate!

So far this place has been great! Very friendly, clean, and worth every penny. Thank you Jordan. Even received a nice care package, thank you!
